Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 14, 2026 • Effective Immediately

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ezro (operated as "Ezro", "we", "our", or "the Platform") at ezro.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

2. The Ezro Platform

Ezro is an all-in-one creator commerce platform enabling digital creators, educators, and consultants to build public link-in-bio storefronts, sell digital downloads, offer eCourses via The Student Portal, collect client leads, and schedule appointments.

3. Commercial Model & Subscription Fees

Ezro operates on a transparent software subscription model:

  • 14-Day Free Trial: All new creators receive a 14-day free trial upon registration.
  • Creator Plan ($29/month): Following the free trial, creators are billed $29/month via Stripe to maintain active storefront hosting and publishing capabilities.
  • 0% Platform Transaction Fees: Ezro charges 0% platform transaction fees on creator product sales. Creators keep 100% of their earnings, subject only to standard third-party payment processing fees charged directly by Stripe.

4. Stripe Connect & Payments Processing

Payment processing services for creators on Ezro are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. By creating a store on Ezro, creators agree to provide accurate information and authorize Ezro to route customer purchases directly to their connected Stripe account.

Ezro does not hold or custody creator funds. Customer payments are directly transferred to the creator's verified Stripe account via destination charges. Creators are solely responsible for all customer refunds, chargebacks, and applicable sales or value-added taxes (VAT).

5. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of all digital files, videos, course curriculums, and images uploaded to Ezro. Creators represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights and licenses to distribute their content. Prohibited content includes illegal materials, hate speech, unauthorized copyright infringements, and malicious software.

6. Cancellations & Terminations

Creators may cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible in Dashboard Settings. Upon cancellation, your storefront will remain accessible through the end of the current paid billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ezro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
