When you interact with Ezro as a creator or customer, we collect:

• Creator Account Information: Email address, store username, display name, profile avatar, and bio.
• Customer Purchaser & Lead Information: Buyer email address, customer name, optional phone number, and transaction purchase history when purchasing or downloading files from creator stores.
• Student Portal Data: Module progress, lesson completion state, and course enrollment records to deliver the online learning experience.

2. Payment Card Security & Stripe

Ezro never stores, logs, or transmits raw credit card or bank account details. All payment processing is handled by our certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment partner, Stripe, Inc.

When creators connect their bank account, onboarding is handled directly through Stripe Express. When customers make purchases, card credentials are tokenized directly via Stripe Elements.

3. How We Use Collected Data

We utilize collected information strictly to:

• Deliver digital download files and send automated purchase receipts via email.
• Authenticate students accessing The eCourse Student Portal.
• Provide creators with audience customer analytics and conversion metrics.
• Maintain platform security and prevent fraudulent transactions.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing and Connect direct deposits.
• Supabase: Encrypted database and secure cloud storage.
• Resend: Automated transactional email delivery.
